Scope of the License
In consideration of payment by the Client, hereafter the User, the license owner, hereafter the Creator, grants the User a license for commercial use of the icons under all copyright and patent rights that the Creator is entitled to grant during the term of this agreement.
The license grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the icons in commercial projects if payment has been made, and in non-commercial projects if payment has not been made.
When using the icons without a paid license, the User may use them in non-commercial projects provided that the Creator of the icons, namir.design, is credited visibly and appropriately for the context.
The icons may be used in digital projects (e.g. websites, mobile applications and software) and print projects (e.g. flyers and posters).
Terms of Use
Use in digital and print projects: The User may embed the icons in projects such as applications, websites, marketing materials, print and digital publications, multimedia presentations, films, social media and similar media.
Modifications: The User may modify the icons to suit a project's specific needs (e.g. color, size or shape). Modifications are permitted provided that they do not breach other provisions of this license. The Creator retains copyright in the icons, including when the User modifies them.
Embedding in projects: The icons may be embedded in projects such as websites and applications, but must not be made available in a format that allows end users to extract them easily.
Copying and storage: The User may copy and store the icons on their devices for personal use in accordance with this license.
Redistribution: The icons may not be redistributed, sublicensed, sold or made available as a standalone product or part of an icon library, even after modification, unless the Creator gives written permission.
Restrictions
Prohibition on sale: Selling or otherwise redistributing the icons as a standalone product or as part of an icon set is strictly prohibited.
Use in projects infringing third-party rights: The icons must not be used in projects that infringe third-party copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
Unlawful use: The icons must not be used in a way that violates applicable law, including projects promoting violence, hatred, discrimination or other illegal activities.
Use in competing projects: The icons must not be used in competing projects, such as other icon libraries or graphics applications offering similar resources, unless the Creator gives written permission.
Termination of the License
The license terminates automatically if the User breaches any of its provisions.
Upon termination, the User must immediately stop using the icons and delete all copies from their devices and projects.
The license owner reserves the right to seek damages for a breach of the license.
Liability
The icons are provided ‘as is’, without any express or implied warranty. The User uses them at their own risk.
The Creator is not liable for unlawful or unethical use of the icons, or use in projects infringing the rights of others.
The license owner is not liable for any damage, loss or claim arising from the User's use of the icons, including indirect, incidental or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to the License
The license owner reserves the right to change the license terms at any time.
Changes take effect when published on the license owner's website.
Final Provisions
Disputes arising from this license will be resolved under the laws applicable in the license owner's jurisdiction.
If any provision of this license is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
