Research into Slavic beliefs discusses Veles in connection with cattle, among other contexts. The name ‘Veles’ identifies this icon in the SigilFont library. No artifact, historical account or date has been identified for the current geometric design. It should therefore not be treated as an authenticated historical emblem of a particular deity. The design can be described as a contemporary interpretation by the author; any cultural significance should be documented independently.
